St Peter’s welcomes children and families from all faiths and none.

For families of all faiths and none, we believe that Catholic education offers a distinctive and enriching experience for all children that prepares them for their lives ahead, and we warmly welcome every application made to join our school.

Reception Admissions for September 2027

In-Year Admissions
An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the normal admission round and the child will be admitted where there are places available.
An application should be made via the local authority by completing the in-year admissions digital application form:
Warwickshire Admissions Parent Portal.
The local authority will forward your application to the school for consideration by the Governing Body.
As a Catholic school, parents will also need to complete a Supplementary Information Form in addition to the standard application form that is submitted to the local authority. The supplementary information form should be returned directly to school. The form can be found within our Admissions Policy or obtained by contacting the school office.
Where places are available but applications exceed the number of available places, the published oversubscription criteria set out in the Admissions Arrangements for the 2026-2027 academic year will be applied. The full admission arrangements can be accessed in our Admissions Policy below, in the policies section on the website, or by contacting the school office to request a hard copy.
Parents are advised to read the admissions arrangements carefully before submitting application.
If there are no places available, the local authority will notify you of this decision on behalf of the Governing Body, and the child will be added to the waiting list.

You will be advised of the outcome of your application in writing as soon as possible. Applicants must be informed of the outcome of their application within 15 school days of its receipt. However, the aim is to notify applicants of the outcome of their application within 10 school days of its receipt.
You have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel if your application is unsuccessful.

Appeals
Parents who wish to appeal against the decision of the Governing Body to refuse their child a place in the school should make that appeal request in writing to the Chair of Governors at the school address. Appeals will be heard by an independent panel.
